Development Security definition

Development Security means (i) cash or (ii) a Letter of Credit in the amount set forth on the Cover Sheet.
Development Security has the meaning set forth in Section 3.06.
Development Security means the collateral required under Section 7.01.

Examples of Development Security in a sentence

  • The requirements for collateral, described in detail in Section VII of the Solicitation Protocol, include posting Project Development Security after a PPA or PSA is executed and before Commercial Operation Date of the project, and posting Delivery Term Security for a PPA following the commencement of commercial operation.

  • PG&E viewed as nonconforming bids that failed to offer any Project Development Security or any Delivery Term Security.
