Environmental Response Trust definition

Environmental Response Trust means the trust established pursuant to this Agreement.
Environmental Response Trust means the Environmental Response Trust as such term is defined in the Plan of Liquidation and the Settlement Agreement. Actions of the Environmental Response Trust shall be performed by or at the direction of the Administrative Trustee.
Environmental Response Trust means an environmental response trust established pursuant to an Environmental Response Trust Agreement to hold any Environmental Response Trust Properties consistent with the terms of Section IV.O.

More Definitions of Environmental Response Trust

Environmental Response Trust means the trust to be established in accordance with the Plan.
Environmental Response Trust or “Trust” means the Vertellus Specialties Environmental Response Trust, contemplated by the Environmental Settlement Agreement and described in Article IV.J. of the Plan, which shall effectuate the transfer of, among other things, the Applicable Insurance, the Environmental Response Trust Owned Properties and the Environmental Response Trust Initial Funding pursuant to the terms of the Plan and this Environmental Response Trust Agreement. With respect to any action required or permitted to be taken by the Environmental Response Trust, the term includes the Environmental Response Trustee or any other Person or Entity authorized to take such action in accordance with this Environmental Response Trust Agreement.
Environmental Response Trust means the trust to be established on the Effective Date in accordance with Article VIII hereof.

  • Emergency Response Agency is a governmental entity authorized to respond to requests from the public to meet emergencies.
