PQQ Response definition

PQQ Response means the response submitted by the Supplier to the pre-qualification questionnaire issued by the Authority on 06/03/2012;

• For the avoidance of doubt, your PQQ Response shall not be made publicly available unless such disclosure is required in accordance with Paragraph 15.1 or 15.7.
