Environmental Licenses definition

Environmental Licenses. “Environmental License” means any Consent or Governmental Approval required by or pursuant to any applicable Environmental Laws.

Environmental Licenses means all licenses and permits required under applicable Environmental Laws for the operation of the businesses of the Company and the Company Subsidiaries as currently conducted.

Environmental Licenses has the meaning specified in Section 4.27(a).

Environmental Licenses has the meaning set out in Section 22(a) of Part I of EXHIBIT E.
