Enhancement Facility definition

Enhancement Facility means any letter of credit, standby purchase agreement, line of credit, policy of bond insurance, surety bond, guarantee or similar instrument, or any other agreement, securing, providing liquidity for, supporting or enhancing outstanding Indebtedness, including any Bond Insurance Policy, Debt Service Reserve Facility, Operating Reserve Facility or any combination of the foregoing, or any agreement relating to the reimbursement thereof, whether or not such instrument or agreement has been drawn upon, obtained by the Authority.
Enhancement Facility means the letter agreement dated on 12 December 2005 between the Secretary of State, the Manager and Barclays Bank Plc and the (GBP)32,500,000 Facility Agreement dated on 12 December 2005 between the Manager and Barclays Bank Plc;
Enhancement Facility means an aquaculture facility operated by DFO, or under the direction of DFO, culturing Pacific salmon for the purpose of increasing their freshwater survival before their intentional release into fish habitat.

  • Outsourcing facility means a facility that is engaged in the compounding of sterile drugs and is currently registered as an outsourcing facility with the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services and that complies with all applicable requirements of federal and state law, including the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
