Facility Agreement definition
Facility Agreement means the Facility Agreement referred to in Recital (A).
Facility Agreement means an agreement or arrangement between a State Party and the Organization relating to a specific facility subject to on-site verification pursuant to Articles IV, V and VI.
Facility Agreement means the facility agreement dated 19 December 2018 (as amended, amended and restated and as supplemented from time to time prior to the date of this Agreement including most recently pursuant to a supplemental agreement dated 30 November 2023) and made between, amongst others, (i) the Borrower, (ii) the Lenders, (iii) the Mandated Lead Arrangers, (iv) the Facility Agent and the SACE Agent and (v) the Security Trustee.
Examples of Facility Agreement in a sentence
Any exercise of the Assigned Issuance Right by an Issuance Right Assignee shall be deemed to be an exercise of the Issuance Right under this Facility Agreement (provided that, for the avoidance of doubt, upon the exercise by any Issuance Right Assignee of an Assigned Issuance Right, Eligible Assets shall be delivered to the Issuance Right Assignee rather than to the Company).
