Enhanced Care Coordinator means the Contract Administrator whose job description includes Enhanced Care Services program oversight, responsible for coordinating and consulting with Health Systems Division regarding admissions, discharges and coordination of OAR 309-019-0155 services with Services defined in this Contract.
