Employer or Employers means one, more than one, or all, as the context so indicates, of CECONY, O&R, each CEI Affiliate, and each Affiliate to the extent that it has elected or elects, in the future, to participate in the Plan with the written consent of CECONY and Consolidated Edison, Inc.
