Eligible Shop Visit definition

Eligible Shop Visit has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1 of the FMP Agreement.
Eligible Shop Visit means those Shop Visits of Eligible Engines to Maintenance Center(s) which are determined by IAE’s and AAH’s mutual agreement to be necessary.

Related to Eligible Shop Visit

  • Eligible student means a student who is eighteen years or older.

  • Eligible Shares has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(a).

  • Eligible Finished Goods Inventory means Inventory that qualifies as Eligible Inventory and consists of first quality finished goods held for sale in the ordinary course of Borrower’s business.

  • Eligible Equipment means, at any time of determination, Equipment owned by Borrower which Lender, in its sole discretion, deems to be eligible for borrowing purposes.
