Electronic and Online Services Schedule definition

Electronic and Online Services Schedule means any separate agreement entered into between the Custodian and the Fund or its authorized representative with respect to certain matters concerning certain electronic and online services as described therein and as may be made available from time to time by the Custodian to the Fund.
