Public Electronic Communications Network definition

Public Electronic Communications Network means an Electronic Communications Network provided wholly or mainly for the purpose of making Electronic Communications Services available to members of the public;

Public Electronic Communications Network means a “Public Electronic Communications Network” as defined in part 1 of the Schedule to the notification setting the general conditions under section 45 of the Communications Act 2003;

Public Electronic Communications Network means an electronic communications network used wholly or mainly for the provision of publicly available electronic communications services which support the transfer of information between network termination points;

• For the purposes of this Condition “ Relevant Network” means a Public Electronic Communications Network provided by the Communications Provider.

• This Condition applies to the Communications Provider only to the extent that it provides a Public Electronic Communications Network.
