Electing employee definition

Electing employee means any eligible employee who elects, pursuant to section 3305.05 or 3305.051 of the Revised Code, to participate in an alternative retirement plan provided pursuant to this chapter or an eligible employee who is required to participate in an alternative retirement plan pursuant to division (C)(4) of section 3305.05 or division (F) of section 3305.051 of the Revised Code.
Electing employee means a participant in an alternative retirement plan provided pursuant to Chapter 3305. of the Revised Code who would otherwise be a member of the retirement system.
Electing employee means an Employee who voluntarily elects to cease accruing years of Credited Service under the Salaried Pension Plan as of the Retirement Program Change Effective Date in order to receive Company Core Contributions and increased Company Matching Contributions.

Electing employee means an employee of a participating institution who is a member of the Teachers’ Retirement System and who exercises an election pursuant to this act to participate in an alternate retirement plan established by such employee’s participating institution pursuant to this act;
