Administrative Employee. Any employee whose primary duties consist of work directly related to management policies who customarily exercises discretion and independent judgment and regularly assists an executive. In addition, it includes the chief administrative officer, any deputies and immediate assistants, department heads, their deputies and immediate assistants, attorneys, appointed officials and others who are primarily responsible for formulating and administering management policy and programs.
Administrative Employee. Any Person who is employed by the Board in an administrative capacity and is fulfilling duties for which an administrator's certificate is required pursuant to K.S.A. Supp. 72-7513.
Administrative Employee. An administrative employee is an employee whose position involves a general range of administrative duties. The position may include centre finance, centre roll management, dealing with correspondence, data entry, and secretarial duties.

In addition, it includes the County Manager, General Manager of Xxxxx County Water Reclamation District, Law Library Director, General Manager of Xxxxx County Regional Flood Control District, his/her deputy and immediate assistants, attorneys, all classifications assigned to the Management Compensation Plan and others who are primarily responsible for formulating and administering management policy and programs. Administrative employees are not covered by this Agreement.
