EIP Grant definition
EIP Grant means an amount granted to a Participant in accordance with Rule 5.2.
EIP Grant means any EIP Grant to the city or County with respect to the Project which, if received by the city or County is to be made available by the city or County to the Issuer to pay EIP Project Costs.
