Drug Testing Policy means 1) the Parish’s drug testing policy contained herein and signed by all new employees during new employee processing by the Director of Human Resources of St. Tammany Parish or 2) the Parish’s amended, revised and/or restated drug testing policy presented to and signed by current employees from time to time.
