Dream Team I Shares definition

Dream Team I Shares at any date of determination shall mean the Initial Dream Team I Share Balance (as such term is defined in Section 11.5(a) hereof ) less the number of Shares withdrawn from ISOP as of such date in accordance with Section 11.5(a); “Dream Team II Shares” at any date of determination shall mean the Initial Dream Team II Share Balance (as such term is defined in Section 11.5(b) hereof ) less the number of Shares withdrawn from ISOP as of such date in accordance with Section 11.5(b); and “Dream Team III Shares” at any date of determination shall mean the Initial Dream Team III Share Balance (as such term is defined in Section 11.5(c) hereof) less the number of Shares withdrawn from ISOP as of such date in accordance with Section 11.5(c).

Related to Dream Team I Shares

  • Development rights means any right or combination of rights reserved by a declarant in the declaration to:

  • Membership Rights means all of the rights of a Member in the Company, including a Member’s: (a) Interest; (b) right to inspect the Company’s books and records; (c) right to participate in the management of and vote on matters coming before the Company; and (d) unless this Operating Agreement or the Certificate of Formation provide to the contrary, right to act as an agent of the Company.

  • Collaboration Technology means all Collaboration Patents and Collaboration Know-How.

  • Assistive technology means the devices, aids, controls, supplies, or appliances described in OAR 411-300-0150 that are purchased to provide support for a child and replace the need for direct interventions to enable self-direction of care and maximize independence of the child.

  • Development Consent means the consent granted to the Development Application for the Development and includes all modifications made under section 4.55 of the Act.

  • Research Committee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).

  • Development Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.1.

  • Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Planned unit development means a subdivision characterized by a unified site design, clustered residential units and/or commercial units, and areas of common open space.

  • Collaboration IP means Collaboration Know-How and Collaboration Patents.

  • Collaboration Patent Rights means Patent Rights claiming Collaboration Know-How.

  • Shareholder Data means all information maintained on the records database of Transfer Agent concerning Shareholders.

  • Joint Development Committee or “JDC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10.

  • LLC Units has the meaning set forth in the LLC Agreement.

  • LP Units means the non-voting limited partnership units in the capital of BEP, other than the Preferred Units, including any LP Units issued pursuant to the Redemption-Exchange Mechanism.

  • Development Works means the external development works and internal development works on immovable property;
