DPSST means the Department of Public Safety Standards and Training.

  • Certification incentive pay of $145 per month shall be added to an employee's base pay for a DPSST Intermediate Certificate.

  • When a new police officer cannot start training at the DPSST academy within 90 days of hire, the probationary period will be extended to eighteen (18) months from the date they start the police academy.

  • Hours eligible for this additional pay is limited to the actual hours engaged in training (hours as recorded on the DPSST F-6 form).

  • Every newly hired Deputy Sheriff who does not possess DPSST certification, or cannot obtain one by going to the two-week refresher class shall serve a probationary period of eighteen (18) months.

  • This incentive shall be increased to a total of $290 per month additional pay for a DPSST Advanced Certificate.

Mathematically, it is the sum of wasteload allocations for point sources, load allocations for non-point and natural background sources, and a margin of safety.

  • €STRi-pTBD means, in respect of any TARGET Business Day falling in the relevant Interest Accrual Period, the €STR for the TARGET Business Day falling “p” TARGET Business Days prior to the relevant TARGET Business Day “i”;

  • TTC means telemetry, tracking and control.

  • SpinCo shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • SPS means ADB's Safeguard Policy Statement (2009);

  • AMC means Annual Maintenance Contract

  • Group health plan means an employee welfare benefit plan as defined in section 3(1) of subtitle A of title I of the employee retirement income security act of 1974, Public Law 93-406, 29 USC 1002, to the extent that the plan provides medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care to employees or their dependents as defined under the terms of the plan directly or through insurance, reimbursement, or otherwise.
