  • RSSB has agreed to pay the Grant to the Recipient to assist it in carrying out the Project.

  • The Recipient shall on request provide RSSB with such further information, explanations and documents as RSSB may reasonably require in order for it to establish that the Grant has been used properly in accordance with this Agreement.
