DPA Terms definition

DPA Terms means the terms in the DPA and any Online Service-specific terms in the Use Rights that specifically supplement or modify the privacy and security terms in the DPA for a specific Online Service (or feature of an Online Service). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the DPA and such Online Service-specific terms, the Online Service-specific terms shall prevail as to the applicable Online Service (or feature of that Online Service).
DPA Terms means the terms in the DPA and any Product-specific terms in the Product Terms that specifically supplement or modify the privacy and security terms in the DPA for a specific Product (or feature of a Product). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the DPA and such Product-specific terms, the Product-specific terms shall prevail as to the applicable Product (or feature of that Product).
DPA Terms or “DPA” means the terms in this DPA.

Examples of DPA Terms in a sentence

  • If those terms include any material adverse changes to the DPA Terms, Microsoft will provide Customer a choice to use the new features, supplements, or related software, without loss of existing functionality of an generally available Online Service.

DPA Terms means the terms in the DPA. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the DPA and Sales Cookie’s Terms of Service, Sales Cookie’s Terms of Service shall prevail.
DPA Terms means the terms in this DPA. “EEA” means the European Economic Area. “EU” means the European Union.

Related to DPA Terms

  • Product Terms means the document that provides information about Microsoft Products and Professional Services available through volume licensing. The Product Terms document is published on the Licensing Site and is updated from time to time.

  • Extended Terms shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.4.
