Dividend Payment Record Date definition

Dividend Payment Record Date means the date designated by the Board of Directors for the payment of dividends that is not more than 30 or less than 10 days prior to the applicable Dividend Payment Date.
Dividend Payment Record Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a).
