Any Confidential Information disclosed by the Authority or the Contractor to the Disclosee, whether contained in original or copy documents, will at all times remain the property of the Authority together with all notes, memoranda and drawings that have been made as a result of access to such Confidential Information.
The Disclosee may therefore, have communicated to it, certain Confidential Information belonging to the Authority which is proprietary and must be held in confidence.
