DIA Assets definition

DIA Assets means the assets identified on Exhibit A to the summary of the material terms of the DIA Settlement, which is attached hereto as Exhibit I.A.91, to the extent that the City holds title to any such assets as of the Effective Date.
DIA Assets means the "Museum Assets" as defined in the DIA Settlement Documents.
DIA Assets means the assets identified on Exhibit I.A.64, to the extent that the City holds title to any such assets as of the Effective Date.

Related to DIA Assets

  • Business Assets means all tangible and intangible property and assets owned (either directly or indirectly), leased, licensed, loaned, operated or used, including all real property, fixed assets, facilities, equipment, inventories and accounts receivable, by the Corporation and the Subsidiaries in connection with the Business;
