Designated Trust Office definition

Designated Trust Office means the office designated by the Paying Agent/Registrar as the office where payments on and transfers of Bonds are effected. As of the date this Ordinance was approved by the City Council, the Austin, Texas office of the Paying Agent/Registrar is the Designated Trust Office.
