Designated Information System definition

Designated Information System means the information system designated by a party under this Agreement to receive electronic notices pursuant to this Agreement as identified by the email address specified in clause 12.2.4;

Related to Designated Information System

  • Contractor information system means an information system belonging to, or operated by or for, the Contractor.

  • Information Technology Systems means all information technology systems, Software, computers, workstations, databases, routers, hubs, switches, networks and other information technology equipment used or held for use in, or otherwise relating to, the Business.
