Demonstration Account definition

Demonstration Account means a non-production account that provides access to and the ability to use some or all of the features of the Service, and is populated with fabricated sample data in order to facilitate a more illustrative demonstration experience, as determined by the applicable Oracle representative.
Demonstration Account or “Demo Account” means a non-production, temporary account that provides access to and the ability to use some or all of the features of the NetSuite Service Offerings. Demonstration Accounts may be populated with fabricated sample data in order to facilitate a more illustrative demonstration experience, as determined solely by Oracle.

It is understood that the Company may use the term Trading Account or Account on its Website or communications, which shall mean your Client Account.

  • Designated Disbursement Account means the account of the Borrower maintained with the Administrative Agent or its Affiliate and designated in writing to the Administrative Agent as the Borrower’s Designated Disbursement Account (or such other account as the Borrower and the Administrative Agent may otherwise agree).
