Deed of Trust Amendment definition

Deed of Trust Amendment means the Fourth Amendment to Utah Deed of Trust and Fixture Filing, dated as of the Agreement Date, from EnergySolutions, as trustor, to the Collateral Agent, as beneficiary, in respect of the Deed of Trust, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent and as the same may be further amended from time to time.
Deed of Trust Amendment means an amendment to each of the Existing Deeds of Trust substantially in the form of EXHIBIT C.
Deed of Trust Amendment means the Fifth Amendment to Utah Deed of Trust and Fixture Filing, dated no later than 30 days after the Third Amended and Restated Credit Agreement Effective Date (or such later date as the Collateral Agent may agree to in its sole discretion), from EnergySolutions, as trustor, to the Collateral Agent, as beneficiary, in respect of the Deed of Trust, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent and as the same may be further amended from time to time.
