Deactivates definition

Deactivates means Customer or Arm (where Arm has the right to do so under this Agreement) stopping a SIM Card or SIM Profile remaining Activated, so that the Device in which it is installed is no longer able to utilize the Connectivity (and “Deactivate” and “Deactivated” shall be construed accordingly).

  • If OLG Deactivates a Player Account, OLG will deposit an amount equal to the Unutilized Funds as at such date into the bank account that is associated with the Player Account (subject to the minimum withdrawal requirements detailed in Section 7.2 and additional documentation requirements in Section 4.3), the details of which are stored by OLG on the iGaming System.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if OLG Deactivates a Player Account as a result of the occurrence of a Material Breach by the Player under this Agreement, OLG (in its sole discretion) shall be entitled to treat any or all of the Unutilized Funds as forfeited by the Player, in which case the Player will not be entitled to have the Unutilized Funds returned.

  • Switch means a switching device employed by a Carrier within the Public Switched Network. Switch includes but is not limited to End Office Switches, Tandem Switches, Access Tandem Switches, Remote Switching Modules, and Packet Switches. Switches may be employed as a combination of End Office/Tandem Switches. "Switched Access Service" means the offering of transmission and switching services to Interexchange Carriers for the purpose of the origination or termination of telephone toll service. Switched Access Services include: Feature Group A, Feature Group B, Feature Group D, 8XX access, and 900 access and their successors or similar Switched Access Services.   • Pupil Generated Content The term “pupil-generated content” means materials or content created by a pupil during and for the purpose of education including, but not limited to, essays, research reports, portfolios, creative writing, music or other audio files, photographs, videos, and account information that enables ongoing ownership of pupil content.

  • Network means the participating providers described in the Provider Directory.

  • Filter means material placed in the useful beam to preferentially absorb selected radiations.

  • Disconnect means the disabling of circuitry preventing both outgoing and incoming communications.

  • Interfaces means, collectively, the CAD Interface and the Channel Access Interface.

  • SPID is the number that identifies a service provider to the relevant NPAC. The SPID may be a state-specific number. "Serving Wire Center" denotes the CenturyLink building from which dial tone for local Exchange Service would normally be provided to a particular End User Customer premises.
