Date of Reinstatement definition

Date of Reinstatement means the date on which the Policy is reinstated under clause 1.7.
Date of Reinstatement means the day, following the period of occupancy or closure, that the highway has been repaired or restored to the satisfaction of the Director;
Date of Reinstatement means the date on which Cover is reinstated under the reinstatement clause of this Policy.

  • Effective Date of Reinstatement Reinstatement will take effect: only if the application for reinstatement is approved by the Company; and only when the premium for reinstatement has been paid, provided that at the time of payment there has been no change in insurability as represented in the application for reinstatement.
