Reinstatement Date definition

Reinstatement Date means the date from which a policy will be reinstated after cancellation.
Reinstatement Date means the date from which a membership will be reinstated after cancellation subject to rule C7.8.
Reinstatement Date is defined in Section 4.1.

  • The Trustee shall have no obligation to independently determine or verify if a Suspension Date or Reinstatement Date has occurred or notify the Holders of any Suspension Date or Reinstatement Date.
