Date of Recording definition

Date of Recording means the day immediately prior to the Payment Date when the relevant securities depositary is open for recording in the relevant currency.
Date of Recording means the date the Contract is recorded in the Deeds Office against the title deeds of the Seller.
Date of Recording means the date recorded in the International Register as the recordal date for a request made under Article 3 ter (2) of the Protocol for extension of protection to Australia.

  • Teacher of record means a teacher who meets all of the following:

  • Retailer of Record means the Retailer who is listed in EDTI’s records through the procedures outlined in these Terms and Conditions, and thereby recognized by EDTI and the Settlement System Code, as a particular Customer’s Retailer for a Point of Service at a particular time;
