Date of Offering definition

Date of Offering means the date within the first fifteen (15) days of January of each year of the Plan as specified by the Committee for any offering made under the Plan.

Date of Offering means the first business day of the Purchase Period and thereafter the first business day of each subsequent Purchase Period.

For the avoidance of doubt, if ***** is a limited liability company, then “equity securities” means limited liability company interests in *****.

  • Qualifying Public Offering means a firm commitment underwritten public offering of Stock for cash where the shares of Stock registered under the Securities Act are listed on a national securities exchange.
