The Sub-Fund will, until the Maturity Date, make an annual coupon distribution (the “Coupon”) being a percentage of the Initial Price, as follows:- in respect of the first year following the Initial Date, a fixed Coupon (Coupon1);- in respect of the following four years, a variable Coupon based on the movement of the Index during the period from the Initial Date down to each anniversary thereof (which if not a Business Day shall be the next following Business Day) as described in the formula (Coupont).
