Date of Commercial Discovery definition

Date of Commercial Discovery means, the date when the Government approves a Commercial Discovery pursuant to Article 1.10.
Date of Commercial Discovery means the date referred to in Article 8.12;
Date of Commercial Discovery means the date when Contractor formally notifies the Director General, Petroleum Concessions in accordance with Article 5.4 hereof that a Commercial Discovery has been made.
