Datalogic means Datalogic IPTECH s.r.l., a corporation organized, existing and doing business under and by virtue of the laws of Italy, with its office and principal place of business located at Via San Vitalino, 13, 40012 Lippo de Calderara di Reno, Bologna, Italy, along with its subsidiaries and affiliates.

Examples of Datalogic in a sentence

  • Both Parties shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations directly relating to the Products and the Datalogic specifically will comply with the EU directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) where the Datalogic is deemed a "Producer" as defined in WEEE.

  • It being understood that Datalogic shall not be liable for any damages derived from the lack or wrong application by the Buyer of any technical and organizational measures aimed to reduce any unauthorised access to data or loss of data.

  • Datalogic reserves the right to impose additional charges for any special routing, packing, labeling, handling or insurance requested by Buyer.

  • Datalogic shall be entitled to injunctive relief for any violation of this Section.

  • The Products and all related technical information that the Datalogic may deliver or disclose to the Buyer are subject to United States and European export control laws and may be subject to export or import restriction in other countries.

  • Dell means Dell Inc., a Delaware corporation.

  • DTS means Days to Settlement, i.e., the number of actual days elapsed from and including the original Closing Day with respect to such Accepted Note (in the case of the first such payment with respect to such Accepted Note) or from and including the date of the next preceding payment (in the case of any subsequent delayed delivery fee payment with respect to such Accepted Note) to but excluding the date of such payment; and "PA" means Principal Amount, i.e., the principal amount of the Accepted Note for which such calculation is being made. In no case shall the Delayed Delivery Fee be less than zero.
