Danfoss means Defendant Danfoss A/S, a Danish corporation with its headquarters in Nordborg, Denmark, its successors and assigns, and its subsidiaries, divisions, groups, affiliates, partnerships, and joint ventures, and their directors, officers, managers, agents, and employees.
