CVI Indenture definition

CVI Indenture means the indenture to be executed and delivered on or prior to the Effective Date pursuant to which the Commonwealth shall issue the CVIs, and including all of the terms and provisions in connection therewith, as it may be amended, supplemented or modified from time to time in accordance with its terms and conditions.
