This Note is subject to mandatory redemption under the circumstances set forth in Section 501(a) of the Original Indenture and as set forth in Section 2.03 of the Supplemental Indenture.
The Issuer will apply the proceeds of the sale of the Initial Notes hereunder (a) to redeem all of the Notes (as defined in the Original Indenture), (b) to fund the Liquidity Reserve Account, (c) to pay transaction fees and expenses related to the issuance of the Notes, and (d) for other general limited liability company purposes.
