Custodial Trust definition

Custodial Trust has the meaning set forth above in the Preamble.
Custodial Trust means the trust to be established pursuant to the EPA Settlement Agreement to hold title to and manage the "Seven Properties" described therein.
Custodial Trust means the issuer of the initial issuance of CPS Securities.
