Custodial Agent definition

Custodial Agent means the Person who is then the Custodial Agent thereunder.

Custodial Agent means the Person named as Custodial Agent in the first paragraph of this Agreement, acting in its capacity as such hereunder, until a successor Custodial Agent shall have become such pursuant to the applicable provisions of this Agreement, and thereafter “Custodial Agent” shall mean the Person who is then the Custodial Agent hereunder.

Custodial Agent has the meaning specified in the first paragraph of this Agreement.

Examples of Custodial Agent in a sentence

Upon any such resignation or removal, the Company shall have the right to appoint a successor Collateral Agent or Custodial Agent, as the case may be.
Receipt by DOE of fully executed originals (in sufficient counterparts for each of DOE, FFB and the Custodial Agent) of each Financing Document, or copies thereof in the case of the Senior Bond (to the extent a Senior Bond is issued on the Execution Date), and as otherwise permitted by DOE.

In no event shall the Collateral Agent, the Custodial Agent or the Securities Intermediary be liable for any amount in excess of the Value of the Collateral.

Custodial Agent means the Person who is then the Custodial Agent hereunder.

Custodial Agent means The Bank of New York, as Custodial Agent under the Pledge Agreement until a successor Custodial Agent shall have become such pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Pledge Agreement, and thereafter "Custodial Agent" shall mean the Person who is then the Custodial Agent thereunder.

Custodial Agent means U.S. Bank National Association, as Custodial Agent under the Collateral Agreement until a successor Custodial Agent shall have become such pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Collateral Agreement, and thereafter “Custodial Agent” shall mean the Person who is then the Custodial Agent thereunder.

Custodial Agent means such agents, correspondents, sub-custodians or nominees in Hong Kong or elsewhere employed by CSBHK as it thinks fit to hold securities or other assets, to pay for and receive, or to deliver or exchange or to make collections with respect to securities or other assets or otherwise to perform any of CSBHK’s duties as custodian under the Agreement and shall include (for the avoidance of doubt) any clearing systems;

Custodial Agent means such Person or any subsequent successor who is appointed pursuant to this Agreement.

Custodial Agent shall have the meaning set forth in the Pledge Agreement.

Custodial Agent has the meaning specified in the Recitals.
