Custodial Agent definition

Custodial Agent means the Person who is then the Custodial Agent thereunder.
Custodial Agent means the Person named as Custodial Agent in the first paragraph of this Agreement, acting in its capacity as such hereunder, until a successor Custodial Agent shall have become such pursuant to the applicable provisions of this Agreement, and thereafter “Custodial Agent” shall mean the Person who is then the Custodial Agent hereunder.
Custodial Agent has the meaning specified in the first paragraph of this Agreement.

Custodial Agent means The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A., as Custodial Agent under the Collateral Agreement until a successor Custodial Agent shall have become such pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Collateral Agreement, and thereafter “Custodial Agent” shall mean the Person who is then the Custodial Agent thereunder.
