Current Class A Certificate Balance definition

Current Class A Certificate Balance means with respect to any Class A Certificate, as of any date of determination, its Initial Certificate Balance minus the sum of all amounts previously distributed to the Holder of such Certificate (or any Predecessor Certificate) with respect to principal payments on the Bonds, payments arising from a Release Event, and Class A Certificate Notional Accelerated Principal Paydown Amounts, if applicable.
Current Class A Certificate Balance means with respect to any Class A Certificate, as of any date of determination, its Initial Certificate Balance minus the sum of all amounts previously distributed to the Holder of such Certificate (or any Predecessor Certificate) with respect to principal payments on the Bonds, payments arising from a Release Event, and Class A Certificate Notional Accelerated Principal Paydown Amounts, if applicable. For purposes of calculating interest accrual on the Current Class A Certificate Balance with respect to any Payment Date and related Accrual Period, and determining the Maximum Reset Rate, the payment of principal on the Class A Certificates on any Payment Date during the Accrual Period shall be deemed paid on the first day of such Accrual Period rather than on the Payment Date when actually paid.

  • The initial notional amount of any Hedge shall be equal to the Current Class A Certificate Balance immediately prior to the commencement of the applicable Hedge Period.
