Class Certificate Balance definition

Class Certificate Balance. With respect to any Class and as to any date of determination, the aggregate of the Certificate Balances of all Certificates of such Class as of such date.
Class Certificate Balance. For any Class as of any date of determination, the aggregate of the Certificate Balances of all Certificates of the Class as of that date.
Class Certificate Balance. With respect to any Class (other than the Class 1-A-6, Class A-PO, Class 15-IO, Class 30-IO and Class SES Certificates) and any date of determination, the Initial Class Certificate Balance of such Class minus the sum of (i) all distributions of principal made with respect thereto (including in the case of any Class of Class 1-B, Class X-B or Class 3-B Certificates any principal otherwise payable to such Class of Class 1-B, Class X-B or Class 3-B Certificates used to pay any Class A-PO Deferred Amounts), (ii) all reductions in Class Certificate Balance previously allocated thereto pursuant to Section 5.03(b) and (iii) in the case of the Class 1-A-2, Class 1-A-11, Class 1-A-13, Class 1-A-22, Class 2-A-5 Certificates and Class 4-A-2 Certificates, any reduction allocated thereto pursuant to Section 5.03(e). The Class 1-A-6, Class 15-IO, Class 30-IO and Class SES Certificates are Interest-Only Certificates and have no Class Certificate Balance. The Class Certificate Balance of the Class A-PO Certificates as of any date of determination shall equal the sum of the Component Balances of the Class A-PO Components.

  • Notwithstanding the reduction of the Class Certificate Balance of any Class of Certificates to zero, such Class will be outstanding hereunder (solely for the purpose of receiving distributions and not for any other purpose) until the termination of the respective obligations and responsibilities of the Depositor, each Seller, the Master Servicer and the Trustee hereunder in accordance with Article IX.

  • Any Applied Realized Loss Amounts will be allocated to the most junior Class of Subordinated Certificates then outstanding in reduction of the Class Certificate Balance thereof.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Class Certificate Balance of each Class of Subordinated Certificates that has been previously reduced by Applied Realized Loss Amounts will be increased, in order of seniority, by the amount of the Subsequent Recoveries (but not in excess of the Applied Realized Loss Amount allocated to the applicable Class of Subordinated Certificates).

Class Certificate Balance. With respect to any Class of Certificates and as of any Distribution Date the aggregate of the Certificate Principal Balances of all Certificates of such Class as of such date, plus the amount of any Unanticipated Recoveries added to the Class Certificate Balance of such Class of Certificate pursuant to Section 4.2(h).
Class Certificate Balance. With respect to any Class (other than the Class A-5 and Class A-WIO Certificates) and any date of determination, the Initial Class Certificate Balance of such Class minus the sum of (i) all distributions of principal made with respect thereto, (ii) all Realized Losses allocated thereto pursuant to Section 5.03(a), and (iii) all other reductions in Class Certificate Balance previously allocated thereto pursuant to Section 5.03(b). Class Certificate Balance means, with respect to (i) any Class of Shifting Interest Certificates (other than the Class 2-X-1 Certificates) and any date of determination, and subject to Section 5.04(i), the Initial Class Certificate Balance of such Class minus (A) the sum of (i) all distributions of principal made with respect thereto, (ii) all reductions in Class Certificate Balance previously allocated thereto pursuant to Section 5.04(a) and (iii) in the case of the Class 2-A-3 Certificates, any reduction allocated thereto pursuant to Section 5.04(d) plus (B) the sum of (x) all increases in Class Certificate Balance previously allocated thereto pursuant to Section 5.04(a) and (y) in the case of the 2-A-3 Certificates, any increases allocated thereto pursuant to Section 5.04(d) and (ii) any Class of Offered Group 5 Certificates (other than the Class 5-A-3 Certificates) and any Distribution Date, and subject to Section 5.03(f), the Initial Class Certificate Balance of such Class (a) reduced by the sum of (i) all amounts actually distributed in respect of principal of such Class on all prior Distribution Dates and (ii) Applied Realized Loss Amounts allocated thereto for previous Distribution Dates pursuant to Section 5.05 and (b) increased by any Recoveries allocated to such Class for previous Distribution Dates.
