Currency Sublimit definition

Currency Sublimit with respect to any Local Fronting Lender, the amount from time to time equal to the amount of Dollars set forth under the heading “Currency Sublimit” on Schedule 2.4(b) as the same may be or may be deemed to be modified from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; collectively as to all Local Fronting Lenders, the “Currency Sublimits”.
Currency Sublimit has the meaning set forth in the Bank Credit Agreement.
Currency Sublimit with respect to any Available Foreign Currency, ----------------- the amount from time to time equal to the amount of Dollars set forth under the heading "Currency Sublimit" opposite such Available Foreign Currency on Schedule I-A or, with respect to any Available Foreign Currency approved after the date hereof, the amount of Dollars approved by the Administrative Agent and the Majority Multicurrency Revolving Credit Facility Lenders as the "Currency Sublimit" applicable to such Available Foreign Currency.

  • The amount of any such Aggregate Commitment reduction shall not be applied to the Alternative Currency Sublimit or the Letter of Credit Sublimit unless otherwise specified by the Borrower.

  • Except as provided in the preceding sentence, the amount of any such Revolving Credit Facility reduction shall not be applied to the Alternative Currency Sublimit or the Swing Line Sublimit unless otherwise specified by the Borrower.

  • The Administrative Agent will promptly notify the Lenders of any termination or reduction of the Letter of Credit Sublimit, the Swing Line Sublimit, the Alternative Currency Sublimit or the Aggregate Revolving Commitments under this Section 2.06.

  • DOLLAR EQUIVALENT VALUE LIMITATION FOR ADVANCES IN MAJOR CURRENCIES: If at any time the dollar equivalent value of all Advances in Major and Alternate Currencies exceeds 110% of $200,000,000 (the "Major Currency Sublimit"), the Borrowers shall make a mandatory prepayment at the end of the respective Interest Periods for such Advances to reduce the dollar equivalent value of all Advances in Major Currencies to 100% of the Major Currency Sublimit.


More Definitions of Currency Sublimit

Currency Sublimit means, each of (1) the Dollar Sublimit, (2) the Euro Sublimit, (3) the Sterling Sublimit and (4) any other Currency Sublimit for an Alternative Currency as approved in writing by the Administrative Agent. The Currency Sublimits are part of, and not in addition to, the Facility Limit and the aggregate Commitments of all Committed Purchasers.
Currency Sublimit means, with respect to any Currency, the amount from time to time equal to the amount of US Dollars set forth on Schedule III under the heading "Currency Sublimit" opposite such Currency and the name of the related Local Currency Borrower, as such amount may be changed from time to time by the relevant Local Currency Borrower with the consent of the Multi- Currency Agent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.

  • Foreign Currency Sublimit means $25,000,000.

  • Alternative Currency Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of the Aggregate Commitments and $50,000,000. The Alternative Currency Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Aggregate Commitments.

  • Swingline Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) $15,000,000 and (b) the Revolving Facility. The Swingline Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Revolving Facility.

  • L/C Sublimit has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex B.

  • Sublimit means the aggregate amount of Warehousing Advances (expressed as a dollar amount or as a percentage of the Warehousing Commitment Amount) that is permitted to be outstanding at any one time against a specific type of Eligible Loan.

  • Letter of Credit Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the Aggregate Revolving Commitments and (b) $25,000,000. The Letter of Credit Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Aggregate Revolving Commitments.

  • Base Currency Amount means, in relation to a Loan, the amount specified in the Utilisation Request delivered by a Borrower for that Loan (or, if the amount requested is not denominated in the Base Currency, that amount converted into the Base Currency at the Agent’s Spot Rate of Exchange on the date which is three Business Days before the Utilisation Date or, if later, on the date the Agent receives the Utilisation Request) adjusted to reflect any repayment or prepayment of the Loan.

  • Swingline Commitment the obligation of the Swingline Lender to make Swingline Loans pursuant to Section 2.6 in an aggregate principal amount at any one time outstanding not to exceed $10,000,000.

  • Multicurrency Commitment means, with respect to each Multicurrency Lender, the commitment of such Multicurrency Lender to make Syndicated Loans, and to acquire participations in Letters of Credit and Swingline Loans, denominated in Dollars and in Agreed Foreign Currencies hereunder, expressed as an amount representing the maximum aggregate amount of such Lender’s Revolving Multicurrency Credit Exposure hereunder, as such commitment may be (a) reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 2.08 and (b) reduced or increased from time to time pursuant to assignments by or to such Lender pursuant to Section 9.04. The amount of each Lender’s Multicurrency Commitment as of the Fourth Amendment Effective Date is set forth on Schedule 1.01(b), or in the Assignment and Assumption pursuant to which such Lender shall have assumed its Multicurrency commitment, as applicable. The aggregate amount of the Lenders’ Multicurrency Commitments as of the Fourth Amendment Effective Date is $745,000,000.

  • Base Currency Equivalent means, with respect to an amount on a Valuation Date, in the case of an amount denominated in the Base Currency, such Base Currency and, in the case of an amount denominated in a currency other than the Base Currency (the “Other Currency”), the amount of Base Currency required to purchase such amount of the Other Currency at the spot exchange rate determined by the Valuation Agent for value on such Valuation Date.

  • Total Revolving Credit Outstandings means the aggregate Outstanding Amount of all Revolving Credit Loans, Swing Line Loans and L/C Obligations.
