Examples of Other Currency in a sentence

  • For the purpose of this Section, “rate of exchange” means the rate at which the Payee is able on the relevant date to purchase the Required Currency with the Other Currency and shall take into account any premium and other costs of exchange.

  • If for the purpose of obtaining judgment in any court it is necessary to convert a sum due hereunder into another currency (the “Other Currency”), the rate of exchange that shall be applied shall be the rate at which in accordance with normal banking procedures the Administrative Agent could purchase Dollars with the Other Currency on the Business Day next preceding the day on which such judgment is rendered.

  • Bidders are required to select the Currency in which they desire to quote from the drop-down menu available in this sheet (INR or Other Currency) for each individual item.
