Cure Time definition

Cure Time means, in respect of any Collateral Call Trigger Event in respect of which Administrative Agent or any Lender has delivered a Collateral Call Notice to Borrower, 5:00 p.m. on the second succeeding Scheduled Trading Day following the Scheduled Trading Day on which Borrower has received (in accordance with Section 9.02) the relevant Collateral Call Notice; provided that if any Collateral Call Notice is received on a day that is not a Scheduled Trading Day, or after the Collateral Call Notice Deadline on any Scheduled Trading Day, such Collateral Call Notice shall be deemed to have been received at the open of business on the immediately following Scheduled Trading Day after delivery of such Collateral Call Notice.
Cure Time means the earlier of (A) two (2) full business days before the scheduled expiration date of the Offer (as such period may be extended) or (B) ten (10) full business days following notice to the Company of the existence of such condition.
Cure Time has the meaning specified in the Additional Terms Letter.

Cure Time means, in respect of any Collateral Shortfall or any Mandatory Prepayment Event, 3:00 p.m. on the second Business Day following the Scheduled Trading Day on which the related Collateral Call Notice or the Mandatory Prepayment Event Notice, as applicable, is given; provided that if any Collateral Call Notice or the Mandatory Prepayment Event Notice, as applicable, is given on a day that is not a Scheduled Trading Day, such Collateral Call Notice or the Mandatory Prepayment Event Notice, as applicable, shall be deemed to have been given at the open of business on the immediately following Scheduled Trading Day.
