Action Items to be conducted by Municipal Entities:❑ Municipalities should prepare a Cross-Acceptance Report that contains the items identified in Part 2.2 of this manual *Although the New Jersey Meadowlands District and the New Jersey Pinelands Area are not covered by the State Plan's State Plan Policy Map, portions of all 14 of the Meadowlands communities and 39 of the 53 Pinelands communities fall outside of those regional jurisdictions and are, therefore, covered by the State Plan.
