Credit Enhancement Rate definition

Credit Enhancement Rate. The per annum rate, if any, specified in the Series Supplement for a Series.
Credit Enhancement Rate means the number of basis points, as an annual rate, set out in Schedule 3 as the Credit Enhancement Rate, as the same may be amended, modified, supplemented or restated from time to time.

  • Total Credit Enhancement Rate means, as of any Calculation Date, the ratio (expressed as a percentage) calculated by dividing (i) the Total Credit Enhancement and (ii) the Dynamic Enhancement Receivables Base as at that date.
