Servicer Delinquency Ratio definition

Servicer Delinquency Ratio means, as of the last day of a Collection -------------------------- Period, the ratio, expressed as a percentage, computed by dividing (i) the Aggregate Outstanding Principal Balance on such date of each Receivable in the Servicing Portfolio which is a Delinquent Receivable or a Receivable for which the Financed Vehicle has been repossessed and the proceeds thereof have not been realized by the Servicer by (ii) the Aggregate Outstanding Principal Balance of all Receivables in the Servicing Portfolio on the last day of such Collection Period.
Servicer Delinquency Ratio means, as of the end of any Accrual Period, a percentage equal to (i) the aggregate outstanding principal balance as of the end of any Accrual Period of all automobile receivables serviced by the Servicer or any Affiliate thereof (excluding automobile receivables acquired by CPS or its Affiliates in mergers and acquisitions and TFC Managed Receivables) as to which more than 10% of the scheduled receivable payment is more than 30 days contractually delinquent as of the end of the immediately preceding Accrual Period, including all receivables for which the related financed vehicle has been repossessed and the proceeds thereof have not yet been realized by the Servicer divided by (ii) the aggregate outstanding principal balance of all automobile receivables serviced by the Servicer or any Affiliate thereof as of the end of the relevant Accrual Period (excluding automobile receivables acquired by CPS or its Affiliates in mergers and acquisitions and TFC Managed Receivables).

  • In addition to the information set forth in the preceding sentence, the Servicer's Certificate shall also contain the following information: (a) the Servicer Delinquency Ratio and Loss Ratio for such Determination Date; (b) whether any Event of Default has occurred as of such Determination Date; and (c) whether any Event of Default that may have occurred as of a prior Determination Date is deemed cured as of such Determination Date.

More Definitions of Servicer Delinquency Ratio

Servicer Delinquency Ratio means, as of the end of any calendar month, a percentage equal to (i) the aggregate outstanding principal balance as of the end of such calendar month of all Receivables serviced by the Servicer or any Affiliate thereof as to which the scheduled payment is more than 29 days contractually delinquent as of the end of such calendar month, including all Receivables for which the related Financed Vehicle has been repossessed and the proceeds thereof have not yet been realized by the Servicer divided by (ii) the aggregate outstanding principal balance of all Receivables serviced by the Servicer or any Affiliate thereof as of the end of such calendar month.
Servicer Delinquency Ratio means, as of any date, the ratio, expressed as a percentage, computed by dividing (i) the Aggregate Outstanding Principal Balance on such date of all Receivables serviced by the Servicer (A) that are Delinquent Receivables 30 38 and (B) as to which ninety percent or more of a Scheduled Payment is more than 30 days past due (including all Receivables for which the related Financed Vehicle has been repossessed and the proceeds thereof have not yet been realized by the Servicer) by (ii) the average Aggregate Outstanding Principal Balance of all Receivables originated and serviced by the Servicer for the last day of the preceding Collection Period.

  • Delinquency Ratio means the ratio (expressed as a percentage and rounded to the nearest 1/100 of 1%, with 5/1000th of 1% rounded upward) computed as of the last day of each Fiscal Month by dividing: (a) the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Pool Receivables that were Delinquent Receivables on such day, by (b) the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Pool Receivables on such day.

  • Required Special Servicer Rating means with respect to a special servicer (i) in the case of Fitch, a rating of “CSS3”, (ii) in the case of S&P, such special servicer is on S&P’s Select Servicer List as a U.S. Commercial Mortgage Special Servicer, (iii) in the case of Xxxxx’x, such special servicer is acting as special servicer for one or more loans included in a commercial mortgage loan securitization that was rated by Xxxxx’x within the twelve (12) month period prior to the date of determination, and Xxxxx’x has not downgraded or withdrawn the then-current rating on any class of commercial mortgage securities or placed any class of commercial mortgage securities on watch citing the continuation of such special servicer as special servicer of such commercial mortgage loans, (iv) in the case of Morningstar, such special servicer has a ranking by Morningstar equal to or higher than “MOR CS3” as a special servicer, provided that if Morningstar has not issued a ranking with respect to such special servicer, such special servicer is acting as special servicer in a commercial mortgage loan securitization that was rated by a Rating Agency within the twelve (12) month period prior to the date of determination, and Morningstar has not downgraded or withdrawn the then-current rating on any class of commercial mortgage securities or placed any class of commercial mortgage securities on watch citing the continuation of such special servicer as special servicer of such commercial mortgage securities, (v) in the case of KBRA, KBRA has not cited servicing concerns of such special servicer as the sole or material factor in any qualification, downgrade or withdrawal of the ratings (or placement on “watch status” in contemplation of a ratings downgrade or withdrawal) of securities in a transaction serviced by such special servicer prior to the time of determination, and (vi) in the case of DBRS, such special servicer is acting as special servicer in a commercial mortgage loan securitization that was rated by DBRS within the twelve (12) month period prior to the date of determination and DBRS has not downgraded or withdrawn the then-current rating on any class of commercial mortgage securities or placed any class of commercial mortgage securities on watch citing the continuation of such special servicer as special servicer of such commercial mortgage securities as a material reason for such downgrade or withdrawal.

  • Master Servicer Remittance Amount With respect to each Master Servicer Remittance Date, an amount equal to (a) all amounts on deposit in the Collection Account (including any amount in any Serviced A/B Loan Combination Custodial Account allocable to the related Serviced Mortgage Loan in the related Serviced A/B Loan Combination) as of 11:00 a.m., New York City time, on such Master Servicer Remittance Date, net of (b) any portion of the amounts described in clause (a) of this definition that represents one or more of the following: (i) collected Monthly Payments with respect to any Mortgage Loan that are due on a Due Date following the end of the related Collection Period, (ii) to the extent not covered by clause (i) above, any payments of principal (including Principal Prepayments) and interest, Insurance Proceeds, Condemnation Proceeds and Liquidation Proceeds Received by the Trust with respect to any Mortgage Loan or REO Property after the end of the related Collection Period, (iii) any Prepayment Premiums and/or Yield Maintenance Charges Received by the Trust with respect to any Mortgage Loan or successor REO Mortgage Loan with respect thereto after the end of the related Collection Period, (iv) any Excess Liquidation Proceeds, (v) any amounts payable or reimbursable to any Person from the Collection Account pursuant to clauses (ii) through (xxii) of Section 3.05(a)(I), and (vi) any amounts deposited in the Collection Account in error; provided that the Master Servicer Remittance Amount for the Master Servicer Remittance Date that occurs in the same calendar month as the anticipated Final Distribution Date shall be calculated without regard to clauses (b)(i), (b)(ii), (b)(iii) and (b)(iv) of this definition.

  • Delinquency Amount means, as of any Distribution Date, the Principal Balance of all Contracts that were delinquent 60 days or more as of the end of the related Due Period (including Contracts in respect of which the related Motorcycles have been repossessed and are still in inventory).
