Required Servicer Rating means, with respect to the Servicer, that the then short-term unsecured debt obligations of the Servicer are rated at least equal to P-1 by Moody's, and A-1 by Standard & Poor's.

More Definitions of Required Servicer Rating
Required Servicer Rating means a rating on short-term obligations of the Servicer of Prime-1 by Moody's and A-1 by Standard & Poor's; and any requirement that the Servicer have the "Required Servicer Rating" shall mean that the short-term unsecured debt obligations shall be rated at least equal to the foregoing ratings from Moody's and Standard & Poor's.
