Coupon Observation Date definition

Coupon Observation Date means each of the coupon observation dates as specified in Table 3 in the Annex or, if such day is not a Scheduled Trading Day in respect of one or more Basket Components, the next following day which is a Scheduled Trading Day in respect of the relevant Basket Component.

• Coupon Payment Date: In respect of a Coupon Observation Date, the date set forth in the Contingent Coupon Table in the column entitled "Coupon Payment Date" in the row corresponding to such Coupon Observation Date.

More Definitions of Coupon Observation Date

Coupon Observation Date means the fifth Trading Day prior to a Coupon Payment Date.
