Observation Dates definition

Observation Dates means each date specified as such in the applicable Issue Terms provided that, if such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the Observation Date shall be the immediately succeeding Scheduled Trading Day unless, in the opinion of the Calculation Agent, such day is a Disrupted Day. If such day is a Disrupted Day, then:
Observation Dates. : means each of the following dates:
Observation Dates. As specified in Schedule I Calculation Period: The period from, and including, the first Observation Date that is a Trading Day that occurs on or after the Prepayment Date to, but excluding, the relevant Valuation Date; provided, however, that if the Valuation Date is the Scheduled Valuation Date, then the Valuation Date shall be included in the Calculation Period; provided further that in no event shall any Scheduled Valuation Date be postponed to a date later than the Final Termination Date.

  • The Observation Dates and the related Call Amounts and Call Premium will be specified in the applicable term sheet.

  • Our payout to you will depend on whether your notes are called prior to the maturity date, and the direction of and percentage change in the value of the Market Measure on the relevant Observation Dates.

Observation Dates means each date specified in the applicable Final Terms provided that, if such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the Observation Date shall be the immediately succeeding Scheduled Trading Day. If such day is a Disrupted Day, then:
Observation Dates means the 26th calendar day of each month from 28th December 2016 to 29th August 2017 and 21st September 2017 (10 observations in total).PROVIDED THAT if the date on which the observation is to be made hereunder is not a trading day for the Underlying Index, the Observation Date will be the next following trading day unless such a day should fall in the next calendar month, in which case it will be the first preceding day that is a trading day for the index;
